Any reference to tax treatment on this website is dependent on an individual’s circumstances. If you are an existing shareholder and in any doubt about your investment in ProVen Legacy Limited, you should consult an authorised financial adviser. The value of shares in ProVen Legacy Limited may fluctuate and investors may not get back the full amount they invest and in certain circumstances may lose the whole of their investment. The target minimum return is a target and there is no guarantee that this will be achieved. The shares in ProVen Legacy Limited are unquoted and it may be difficult for investors (and their heirs) to sell their shares.
