ProVen Legacy has received the early repayment of £500,000 of debt funding from the digital transformation agency as part of its acquisition
London, 20 December 2018: TH_NK, the leading digital transformation agency, has been acquired by EPAM Systems, Inc., a global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
The acquisition will enable EPAM to expand its footprint in Europe and harness the talent and strategic insights of one of the UK’s leading digital transformation agencies. TH_NK has worked on digital campaigns with a host of influential clients from the public and private sectors including Asos, Vue, and the UK Government’s GREAT Britain campaign.
As part of the deal, ProVen Legacy, a specialist debt provider to scaling businesses, has received early repayment of a £500,000 facility provided to TH_NK in October 2017 and January 2018, generating a return for ProVen Legacy’s shareholders of over 12 per cent.
